A mainlander comes to Hong Kong to find his cousin in this spinoff to the 1972 Bruce Lee classic. Fist of Fury 1991 was a commercial success in Hong Kong, and helped to solidify Stephen Chow's status as one of the most popular comedy actors in the world. The film was also a critical success, and is often cited as one of the best Hong Kong comedies of the 1990s.
